NGOs in India

Corruption and  fraud are a part and parcel of any institution in India. NGOs are no exception. NGOs are established as a self employment enterprise by the founders. A number of NGOs ( professing to uphold human rights, protecting environment, empowering women etc) indulge in conversion of Hindus into Christianity and other religions. Naturally they are funded by foreign institutions and individuals. Some of them active in human trafficking and child adoption rockets. A number of NGOs propagate that Hinduism is  regressive and Hindus are anti-progressive persons. They have had a hugely success run  for last 70 years. Media managed by non Hindus do support these NGOs. Truth will ultimately prevail.

ISLAM AND TERRORISM

Whatever 'experts' and 'intellectuals' say there is some thing in Islam which gives birth to terrorism -killing of innocents. It is fact that whosoever lives by sword will die by sword.  Revenge is in human blood.Basically religion is a ritual and God is a concept. Killing of people in the name of religion is horrible. Millions of Muslims are fleeing and seeking asylum in non-Muslim countries. That it self speaks about the status of Islam. Muslims have problems with Christians,Jews,Buddhists and Hindus in one word non Muslims. There is a palpable resentment against Islam and Muslims all over the world. It is a matter of time before resentment erupts and turns into violence. It can begin in western countries.

REFORMS IN HINDUSIM

                                                            Reforms in Hinduism

The following reforms are urgently needed in Hinduism to keep it going.

1.People from all castes are to be encouraged to become temple priests

2.Offerings to temples should be used to propagate Hinduism , build hospitals and schools. Acts like gold plating of temples, chariots should be given up. Hindu temples were looted by invaders for gold and valuables. Now local robbers, thiefs are looting our temples for gold and silver.

3.Entry into any temple should be free and socalled VIPs darsanam should be banned.

4.Temple administration should be democratised. More and more persons from non-upper castes should be drawn into temple administration.

naxalism in india

Naxalism a self employment programme
Naxalism has degenerated into a self employment programme for a number of unemployable youth. Extortion from industrialists, politicians, government officials is a source of income for the movement. Bank robberies also constitute another source of income.Any movement needs money to survive. If an organization runs short of money, it has to go slow and finally close down. Hence Naxalites have to instill fear by gun and resort to extortion to survive. In the early days of Naxlite movement, impressionable and intelligent youth joined the movement. A number of engineering and medical students from Warangal joined. They wanted to reform the society and usher in communistic society. But as the economy grew, students began to lose interest. Now few students are in the Movement. Most of the naxalites who are now active, called "Annalu"(Brothers) are from so called backward communities with little skills to make a living. The tag of naxalite and a gun ensures respect, fear and a living. There is no denying the risks involved. India is a fragmented society. On one hand, one can find people who are among the richest in the world and on the other hand, vast chunk of the people are the poorest in the world. A vast majority of the poor people are unskilled. Indian government always talks of "Garibi Hatao" . But it does little on the ground. Corruption eats away the funds intended to the poor. Pumping money into the poor is only a half solution. Unskilled poor have to be turned into skilled persons. A national movement of "Skill development" has to be taken up by governments,NGos etc.A vast unemployed or party employed youth is in rural areas. The skill development programmes should be taken up in rural areas. Skills like carpentry, masonary, handling machines like lathes, boilers, driving skills, processing of agriculture produce etc, shall be imparted at government's cost. A skilled person can easily find an employment either in India or overseas.India's weakness of huge population should be turned into an advantage. Sincere efforts would yield results. The poor youth find Naxalims less interesting and more risky.
